About the Brewery
Bull n Bear Brewery is a craft brewery on Springfield Avenue in downtown Summit [2]. It brews on an in-house 10-barrel steam system, continually experimenting with new recipes across a rotating lineup of seasonal and year-round beers [1][2]. The brewery also offers tours of its facility that walk visitors through the brewing process, and it hosts private events [1]. Brewery tours are available; reservations are recommended. [1] The brewery schedules live performers and uses its outdoor patio for weather-dependent events. Some performances have a cover charge. [3]
