Trap Rock Restaurant and Brewery is a brewpub on Springfield Avenue in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, pairing ales and lagers brewed in its on-site microbrewery with seasonal new American cooking [1][2]. Opened in 1997 as the first restaurant of the Grabowski family's Harvest Restaurant Group, it earned an "Excellent" rating from the New York Times in its first year and remains the group's original location [1][2].
