New Jersey Brews is a directory, not a service you sign up for. Here's exactly what that means for your data.

No accounts

There is nothing to sign up for and no account to create.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies.

Analytics

We use Umami, a cookieless page-analytics tool, to see which pages get visited. It doesn't track you across sites and doesn't build a profile of you.

Error reports

If something breaks, we may receive an automated error report so we can fix it. Those reports don't include personal data.

Messages you send us

Messages sent through the contact form, and mail sent to our inbox, are stored privately so we can answer them and improve listings; they are never published. Mail to the inbox is received through Resend, which keeps a copy for 30 days. Messages marked as spam are deleted after 30 days; others are kept until answered and closed. Please include no more personal information than needed. To have a message deleted, ask through the same form.

Location

We only ask your browser for your device location when you tap a location control (like “near me”) yourself. That location is used to sort or center what you're looking at and is never stored.
