About the Brewery
Tun Tavern Restaurant and Brewery is a brewpub at 2 Convention Blvd in Atlantic City, New Jersey, attached to the Convention Center a few blocks from the Boardwalk, and describes itself as the city's only brewpub [1][3]. Opened in 1998 by founder Montgomery Dahm, it takes its name and theme from the historic 1685 Philadelphia tavern known as the birthplace of the U.S. Marine Corps [2]. The kitchen serves a full casual menu alongside house-brewed rotating beers such as stouts, cream ales, pilsners, and a Pine Barrens-inspired pale ale, plus Diving Horse brand beers on tap, brewery tours, and private event space [1].
