About the Brewery
Garden State Beer Company is a brewery on the White Horse Pike in Galloway that moved into the former Delareto's building in 2016, run by PhD chemist Jason Stairs, whose attention to water chemistry shapes its balanced, drinkable beers [1][3]. True to its motto of a beer for everyone, the 16-tap tasting room covers a wide range of styles and doubles as a busy community hub, with weekly trivia, food trucks, music bingo, a book club, and dart and cornhole leagues [1][3]. Its beers have picked up medals at the AC Beerfest and repeated Best of the Press brewery honors [3]. Outside food is welcome, all ages may visit, and well-behaved leashed dogs are permitted.
