Flounder Brewing Co. is a family-owned brewery that began brewing in 2013 in a small industrial-park garage before moving in June 2021 to Carriage Farm on Amwell Road in Hillsborough, where a restored barn more than 250 years old now houses its taproom [1][2]. Running both a 3-barrel and a 15-barrel brewhouse lets the team experiment in small batches while canning and distributing larger runs of beer, hard seltzer, and craft sodas [1].
