About the Brewery
Cypress Brewing Company was a brewery in Edison. The brewery closed in 2026, and its brewing equipment and taproom furnishings were listed in a September 2026 liquidation auction. This is a historical listing, not an operating taproom. [1] This listing represents a closed location. [1]
