About the Brewery

Cloverleaf Tavern is a family-run beer bar and restaurant on Bloomfield Avenue in Caldwell, founded in 1933 by George Dorchak Jr. with the town's first post-Prohibition liquor license, and now the oldest business in town under its third generation of Dorchaks [2]. It has been named the number one craft beer bar in the Northeast for two consecutive years and is known for its burgers, beer-battered fish and chips, and baby back ribs alongside a deep craft and specialty beer list with frequent brewery-feature events [1][2]. The restaurant seats about 200 guests plus a private party room [2]. The tavern accepts private-event bookings. [3]
