About the Brewery
Chilton Mill Brewing is a brewer-owned-and-operated 3.5-barrel craft brewery and taproom on East Mill Road in Long Valley [1][2]. Head brewer and owner Mike Peachey named it after the Chilton Street Mill, a historic gristmill in Suffolk, England tied to his family surname, after developing his recipes as a homebrewer in New Jersey and New Hampshire [2]. The frequently rotating tap list spans lagers, Belgian witbier, English ales, and hazy IPAs, often using New Jersey-grown grain, and beers are served in house or as 32-ounce crowlers to go [1]. Children must remain seated with adults. Dogs are permitted only on the patio, must be leashed with their owner and must be covered by the owner's homeowner policy. Dogs outdoors with operator insurance condition; children seated with adults. [1]
