About the Brewery
The Bonesaw Pilot House is Bonesaw Brewing Company's satellite taproom at the Deptford Mall, an 8,000-square-foot brewery on the mall's south side with indoor and outdoor seating plus private event space [2]. It carries an aviation theme modeled on old-world airports, complete with a flip board, a skeleton pilot overhead, and a cockpit lounge, and pours the brewery's new releases alongside its established classics [2]. Like its Glassboro parent location, it operates as a food-friendly, dog-friendly (on the patio) taproom where guests may bring or order in their own food [1][2].
