About the Brewery
Bonesaw Brewing Co. is a production brewery and taproom on Mullica Hill Road in Glassboro, brewing a variety of styles that it distributes across New Jersey and sells in cans through area retailers [1]. The Glassboro flagship, described as the first ground-up brewery built in Southern New Jersey, pairs its taproom and outdoor spaces with the Lager Loft event room overlooking production, and the food-friendly, dog-friendly-patio policy lets guests bring in or order food [1][2]. A second location, the aviation-themed Pilot House, operates at the Deptford Mall [2]. Founders Rich DiVerniero and David Doe run it with brewmaster AJ Stoll [3].
