About the Brewery
Bolero Snort Brewery began commercial production in 2013 and spent its first seven years as a contract "gypsy" brewer, working with host breweries across the tristate area before opening its own 16,000-square-foot production facility and tasting room in Carlstadt, in the Meadowlands, in late 2019 [1][2]. Founded by homebrewer Bob Olson, the bull-themed brewery runs a 30-barrel brewhouse with in-house canning and pours ales and lagers that put a bold spin on both traditional and emerging styles [1][2].
